Need opinion of job change using 180 day rule for EB1

Hi,
I am just thinking of changing jobs in the next two months or so. It is around a year since I filed my I-485 in EB1-OR category. The INS memorandum says that a person can change jobs if the job is in the same classification as the one on which I-485 was filed. But for an EB1, there is no need of labour certification and so it is not filed under a certain job category. Does that mean that I can change to any job that I want? Any opinions??
 
EB1 has always allowed job change

EB1 has always allowed job changes since it is not tied to an employer so tightly.

I believe you can chnage your job without an issue
 
EB1-OR vs EB1-EA

EB1-EA is not tied to a job. In fact one can get I-140 approved for EB1-EA without a job. But EB1-OR requires a job before I-140 approval. Before, one could not leave the job before 485 approval for EB1-OR but with the new 180-day rule, I am just not sure about job hopping. I will try to contact Mr. Khanna to get his opinion. Thanks for your opinion.
