Need Newark INS address and how early one should go there to get out quickly after the stamping

Hi,
I got my approval and my PP is stamped as per approval notice in San Jose. But my wife is visiting NJ area and she will be back in San Jose in Jan. I want her to go Newark INS office of PP stamping.

1. Pls give me Newark INS office address for PP stamping.
2. What is earliest she should reach there so that she can get her PP stamped and get out quickly.

Do you know if the pasport can be stamped on any weekday or does it have to a Wednesday?

I have a same question to other people in the chat-board. But, so far nobody reply my mail. By the way, on my approval notice, it says Wednesday between 08:00 to 12:00. So, I will go on this coming Wednesday (11/07/01) to stamp my passport at Newark, NJ.
