I filed for my wife's EAD in second week of Feb' 2003 at Nebraska service center. Till now, I have not got any receipt. Is there any problem generating receipts at that time?. I have been trying to reach them for more than a week but always getting engage signal. I have been told that it is better to fax them a question and they will reply to fax number we provide? Can anybody give me the INS Nebraska service center fax number.
