Need list of sponsors for H1 visa for biochemistry (H4 --> H1 conversion))

Hi
I am on my H4 visa and living in US for last one year. I did my MSc in biochemistry and looking out for jobs. I have work experience when I was in India.
I need your suggestions / help in this regard.
Can anyone provide me list of sponsors for H1 visain biochemistry field in USA. what is the site for obtaining more information in this regard
Is MSc considered enough study for working here / is it preferable to study further.
Any suggestions are welcome

Were you able to find a sonser for you .. Ia m also in same situation with MSc Biochemstry from India and on H4 seeking a H1 sponser ..
