Can anyone recommend a lawyer in the Chicago area for filing a lawsuit based on 1477b? It has been close to a year and a half since my N-400 interview (and almost two years since applying), and my name check is still pending. Also, does one need to use a local lawyer for the purpose, or can it be done through any of the well-known immigration law firms who however may not have a Chicago location?
