I applied for asylum in VA. During the interview i failed to mention a two line comment that is in my statement and when asked about the comment, i explained it as it is in my statement. Now i received a NOID(notice of intent to deny) based on this comment. It states that i should have mentioned that comment before asked about it. The NOID also states that i mentioned the comment when asked. Is there any article/law written about this or any other source you might think is important please let me know ASAP. I felt like forgetting for a while is a crime! by the way the comment was a political talk.
