Need L2-EAD information urgent

L2/EAD/ Gurus,

I need to apply for an EAD for my wife who is on L-2. In spite of 3 phone calls to the National Customer Service of USCIS & a question sent on the immigration.com web-site, i still have not able to clarify on the photo size requirement for I-765 application. The I-765 application instructions quote that the photo size should not exceed 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches in dimensions. But most studios that i have contacted do not process for such requirements & give out standard 2'' x 2'' passport size photographs. The National Customer Service of USCIS is very terse (to the point of being rude) on this point & wasnot very helpful. Can someone clarify on thsi point? Would really appreciate it.

Try applying online

You should check out the option to apply for L2-EAD online. If you do that, you just need to drive over to the BCIS office and they will take the photo for you.

Photo size

When I applied for my wife, I cut the photo to make it the right size and I got it from wallsgreens.

make sure that it is not front facing and it is side facing as mentioned in the form.
