need information

I would like to how much time it takes to get a work authorisation card, after filing for GC based on family based immigration[spouse is a citizen].
Appreciate for your help.

I am not familiar with FB GC process. However, I suppose your I765 application would also fall under the C9 category. Then it should take between 60-90 days. The time frame keeps changing based on INS workloads, and sometimes you could get it in 40 days too. If you haven't gotten your approval in 90 days, you can apply for an interim card at your local INS office.

I have not yet filed for it, but i am filing it next week.
Can you help me a little more?
If my understanding is correct, then i have to file the following[all the documents together]:
1) Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative
2) Form I-485 - Adjustment of Status
3) Form G-325A Biographic Data Sheet
4) Form I-693 Medical Examination Sheet
5) Form I-864 Affidavit of Support
6) Form I-765 Authorization for Employment
7) INS Form I-94
First, Can you confirm whether the above is correct.
Second, Do i get the work authorisation around 90 days or so, or do i have to wait for the I-130 to get approved and then i get the work authorisation?

Check this INS link for info. Just attach photocopies and not originals of documents (such as I94) to your application.

thanks for the reply.
I just needed one more info:
Do i get the work authorisation[EADI-765] around 90 days or so after filing entire set of forms, or do i have to wait for the I-130 to get approved and then i get the work authorisation?
