Need information....regarding Family Based Green card

Hello All,

First of all i would like to thank each and every one to share their experiences, i do really appreciate that. I have few things to get clarified regarding Family Based Green card. I came to US on H1B visa in June 2008 ....and i am in States now. I have few of my brother's (my father's elder brother sons) who are US citizens. I just want to know whether i can apply for a Family based Green card. Please advice.
 
Your father's brothers' children are not your brothers and don't qualify as your family for getting a green card.
