Currently i have L1 visa upto Dec 2008 from Employer A. In mean time i had applied H1 B through employer B and i got receipt number as application received. I have few Questions below please let me know imm
1) If i get H1 Approved will my L1 become inactive
2) If i travel on L1 to US in May and if H1 gets approved in Oct 2007, will my visa status changes from L1 to H1 even if i am residing in US on L1.
3) If i wish to continue with Employer A on L1 ,is it possible.
4) Can i continue to work with Employer A still next year Dec 2008 and then go for stamping on H1 after Dec 2008.
5) If i dont want H1 can i withdrew my application by informing USCIS .
