Need Information about 485 Approvals

Hello Guys... I need some of the information about 485 approval at VCS. I am little tensed coz i am going to india during last week of march to get married and dont know when my GC can be approved.

EB-3 category
Labor certificates applied date June 2002 (Non-RIR)
Approved somewhere around nov-dec 2003
Concurrent filling of 140 and 485 at VCS Jan28 2004
140 Approval date June 2004
Finger prints request date Nov 22, 2004 and Finger prints received by INS Dec 1, 2004.

Now here are few things I am confused about
My lawyer told me that after retrogression priority dates have taken in place and right now its Mar 2002 for Indian nationals who applied in EB-3 category and my Priority date is June 2002 (when I first initiated my labor)

But when I look under immigration.gov website, it shows me that right now 485 processing is going on for Jan 29, 2004

I’ll appreciate if you can share your ideas and information about how much estimated time it can take for my application to get approved and where I can find tracker for the 485 applications filed under EB-3 during Jan 2004

my dear friend...you are confusing 485 filing dates (available on USCIS website) with visa avilability cut off date (travel.state.gov website)....

Please search several threads on this website for "retrogression"..Almost all of your questions will be answered by going through those
