There is information out there on virtually every aspect of
Immigrant visas. You need to research. One best way is to
search with specific key words.
What you need to do next depends on what your choice was
for the final stage of GC. At the time of filing the I-140 did you
choose, Consular process (CP), or Adjudication of Status (AOS)?
One more aspect would be the Consular post to which you belong.
It may be a little bit too early to apply for your PCC , because
it cannot be more than 6 months old when you carry it to the
consulate for your interview( if cp is your route). Then again
it ties to the consulate you belong to!
