I have applied for my 485/ead and AP on 06-15-2001 through my company lawyer. My AP has been approved and i got the notice directly. I haven\'t got my 485 receipt.Will i get it or my lawyer.It\'s my company lawyer.He does not reply me directly. Please let me know who will get the receipt.My lawyer or me.Thanks in advance
 
Attorney receies

The receipts will be sent to the attorney. Other than that everything (AP, EAD, FP Notice etc.) will be directly sent to the beneficiary, except RFE (if any)which will be sent to the attorney. Hope this helps.
 
Suggestion for Nila and who have the same problem (company laywer)

Nila,

You can use this way to get the I-485 copy from your company laywer.

Send the E-mail or leave the voice message to the company laywer as

"If you can give me the copy of the I-485, them I can check it by myself, and I will stop send E-mail to you ....."

By the way, the company should already have your I-485 received , otherwise he/she can not file your AP and EAD.
 
thats not true

You can file for 485, EAD & AP simulataneously. Thats how I have done almost a year ago..
 
Why don\'t you ask your company to get the copy

of the I 485 receipt? If your lawyer have filed the I485 with Form G28 then you will not get the receipt.
