Hi,

Year 2004 is 1st year of employment in US. In box 1 of W2 (the wages, tips, other comp) the number mentioned is twice than the prevailing wage of LC.

If the salary earned by an employee is twice to the prevailing wage mentioned in the LC petation, does the USCIS makes an issue on this while processing I-140/485.

FYI: on the prevailing wages, SESA books are followed while filling up the LC petation.

thanks inadvance,
POS.

There are no problems if you get paid more than the prevailing wage, regardless of how much more.
