Hi All,
This is my situation:
I am in the process of starting a company and my 140 and 485 are pending with the INS. I got my iEAD (Intrim EAD) from the local INS office as 90 days have passed since my 485 filing.
Can I start my own company now???? Or do i have to wait till i get my original EAD approved.
During all this process i will still be working for my employer full time (atleast till i get my GC).
Any help is appreciated.
