Need info on Stamping experience at INS SFO, Sansome St office

Can anyone who has recently done his/her PP stamping at the Sansome Street office at SFO help me out? I need specific information as below:
a. How early should I go?
b. Any idea how long the queue on Monday\'s will be?
c. What documents do they ask for?
d. Any quirks, gotchas I should keep my eyes open for?
Any personal experience, information would be appreciated.

Check Ciba\'s website for PP stamping info.... There is a lot of useful info out there.... helped us a lot.
