Need Info on Second FP

I had my First FP on 8/21/03. I got an RFE (for Employer Letter, Paystubs and W2..) on 12/3/03. I responded to RFE and the response was received by BCIS on 1/6/04.

Now my question is when it might be possible that I get my Second FP notice? Will it happen after approval/transfer or before that?

Any ideas?

To be honest I am in the same boat as you are and dont know the answer. Ideally it should take 40-60 days from RD of RFE. But with FP already expired we dont know for sure.

We can't predict anything, I believe that's all depend on IIO who is looking the case. It is more than 2 months after I submit my RFE till now there is no news from them.
