Hi, My I-94 and passport is about to expire in Nov 2005. But my H4 visa is valid until May 2006. Do i need to go outside US and get another I-94 stamped before Nov 2005? Please help!
When you apply for new passport, make sure that I-94 and stamping on your old passport are safe. When you extend your visa, you will get an I-94 attached with I797. This should hold you safe in US.
