Folks,
My mother is visiting us currently and we wish to apply for her GC. Here are a few questions that i need help with
1. Can we file I-130 & I-485 simultaneously?
2. Can we file for AP along with I-485?
3. Can AP be approved in Newark office on walk in basis? (She needs to travel outside of US soon)
4. Is this the right process?
It seems VSC is taking about a year on I-130 and about 2 yrs on I-485.
