Hi All
One of my friend got a query for his I140. INS is asking whether the company (employer) intends to employ him permanently or on a temporary contract basis.
My friend's company is a consulting company.
To answer this query, he is looking for a sample letter so that he can prepare one and send it. His employer is not co-operating much, so my friend himself is looking to collect this info.
Really appreciate if any one could provide this info.
