need info about getting my fiance to US

HI, I am a student on F-1 visa. i need to get my fiance to US. What type of visa i can apply for. if i apply for a H1-B visa for her, how much difficult it will be.
please suggest.

Firstly she should be qualified for H1 and should have a job available in US. Her prospective employer then should file application for her H1. Once approved she should apply for H1 visa at a US consulate. She can then travel to US.

Also, you CANNOT apply for a fiance visa for her. Only US citizens are eligble to do that.

ok things look difficult. but can i get her here on a visit visa and then try to process her H1B through some attorney. if so how much difficult is to get a visit visa and how long does it take. i appreciate your comments. u guys are really helpful.
