CSC has taken the position that if 485 is pending for more than an year then an Rfe for employment verification needs to be issued. Why cant they treat such cases as similar to FP expiry and generate Rfe for all such cases?. This will ensure that as and when the individual cases are touched there will be one less reason for delay and can greatly help in increasing the processing rate.
