Need immidiat help regardin pilot programe and i130

Hi Folks, My wife is a green card holder since May 2003 and she sponsered me throug i130 petteion for alian reletive and i got Notice Of action in march 2005, can anyone tell me that how long it will take to file my i485 form and how long this can be take.

Does the notice of action (NOA) said your I130 is approved? If not, all you can do is wait. If so, check if the priority date is current then apply I-485. My guess is she will need to become USC to speed up the process in sponsoring you. In general, petition for a spouse of GC holder takes more than 5 years or longer depending of the country you are from.
