My wife and I will be completing 6 years on the H1-B visa. I have applied for the green card and still in the labor process. If I apply for I-140 and get the extension of stay, will my wife who is not dependent on me also get the extension on her H1-B?
Or is it only after I-485 is applied that she can get the extension?
