Need immediate help

Hello Guys,
I will appreciate any help. I have a unique situation. I got married in oct 2005 in Inida. Unfortunately our marriage did not work and we are in the process of divorce. she is in India. I am about to complete my 6th year in 3 months in other words i have 3 months. divorce will take atleast one more year or more. I recently got my labor approved through my company. I have not told about the divorce to my company as i am afraid. what shall I do? shall i tell them? I am afriad they wil not pursue my case. I have heard that spouse information is needed in 485. I will really appreciate any help in this matter. Also my labor has skill level -2. does that mean that it is filed under EB2.
Please help.

I never brought her on H4 though I got her passport and applied for H4 and later cancelled. We are living seprate for about 8 months.

Why would company care? I do not think it would cause a problem if you do not file I485 for spouse. You can check with lawyer for confirmation.
 
Thank you for replying. Right now I have to file i-140. Because of retrogestion i think 485 will take a good time. Form I-140 has a column to fill the spouse information. I am worrying for i-140. My is EB3 case as i have a bechalor degree. so deos my employeer has to file 485 just after i-140 will approve or once my PD becomes current.

I will really appreciate any help in this matter.

I am not sure if not mentioning spouse in I140 could cause a problem. Spouse or dependents really come into picture at I485 stage. You may want to check with your lawyer, just in case.
