Hi,

In form I-130 there is D section (D - Other information) in that there is very first question is
1. If seperate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, give names of each and relationship.

Here is link for I-130 form : http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/files/i-130.pdf

I will going to file for my brothers and Father also.
Should I list everybody (including my father and brother name in that question?
and I have to list relationship also is that relationship between my mother and everybody?
I am confuse because there is only one line to answer that question.

Please help me and advice me thanks.

Yes, you should list everyone you're filing a petition for, and since you are the petitioner, it is your relationship towards them, not your mother's.
You are right it's weird that it's just one line, but I guess they don't expect someone to file for their whole family at the same time!
You will have to try and fit them all in one line.

Thanks a lot patty579.
I just got confuse for one more question in C section (Information about your relative).
In C section question number 17. List Husband/Wife and all children of your relative.
Do I have to list here my father name and my brothers name?
Is this relationship towards my Mother or me?
Thanks again for your quick reply.

I think...you can put all the names like this:

John Ho-Brother/Carl Ho-Brother..../

So everything can fit in one line, unless they accept a blank sheet (you copy all your data on it) to have more space.

Good luck,

Here you list everyone as your mother's relationship towards them.
Like: Your dad's name - husband
Your name - son (or daughter?)
Your brother's name - son
And so on.

Thanks a lot everybody,
One last question,
Question no : 20 in Section C
20. If your relative's native alphabet is other then Roman Letters, Write his or her name and foreign address in native alphabet.

Do I have to write my family address in Native language ? or Is it ok If I write in English?

English will be OK, if its your native langauge. But, I do not believe your native language is English, so do what is expected of you, write it in NATIVE LANGUAGE.

If the alphabet is different from Roman letters (like these), use your native alphabet. E.g. Chinese should use Chinese letters.

If your language uses the same alphabet as English, you can just write N/A.
