Hi everyone ,

i am new in this forum, just got 140 approved.

I have a question, my last company had my labor and 140 approved when i left that company and joined the present one, here too my labor and 140 are approved and i have filed for 485.

My question is are there any benefits of having labor/140 approved previously with previous employer?

Can my 485 priority date be changed as per the previous approvals? i.e 140 approval with last employer was in year 2000, and i have filed 485 with current employer in 05/2003.

so can the priority dates be changed to 2000, as per pervious approval?

Or any other benefits of previous approval?

All the dates are current . Priority date does not matter.
