Hi,

Me & My wife case has moved to Chicago Local INS.
Before moved my case to Local INS, I got a RFE on Employment Letter and Replied Response of that.

I have been working with the same employer since i entered into US. But now i am working in different state ie. out side IL. My employer is paying the PayArrears (i.e. Expenses) based on outside residence of IL. Still i have a house in IL.
Reduced my Base pay(i.e. taxable) and paying amount as PayArrears(ie. non-taxable)?

And also last year my W2 is less than the amount stated in Labor.

My question is When the Interview comes, Am I eligible to show my current Paystubs and W2's?

These questions are eating my brain? Can some one Please help me?

RFE: 04/07/03

Thanks

I think if you take a current employment letter from your firm stating all the necessary details and showing a salary equal to or more than your labor application, you should be ok. Make sure u take enough proof of this job and related materials.

Another reason for transfer might be related to marriage verification...!

my 2 cents.

Big Thanks!

Thank You jr4gc.

My employer said I can show the Paystubs what ever i am getting because It's all legal.

I am also thinking they transfered to Local INS for Marraige Verification.

Because i got married 2months before I485 applied and after the I140 has approved.

I am not worrying about this because have enough Proof.
