I am completing my 6 years of H1B by Jun 30 2002 and moving to different apt on Jun 28.
I talk to my employer and lawyer. According to lawyer there is no need to file for 7th year extention for H1B since I have EAD. At the same time I am moving to another place in town.
Is it really true that I don\'t need 7th year extention?
Can I work on EAD without any limitations?
What will be my legal status?

If you have already filed for I-485, and have an EAD, then you don\'t need to go for 7th year H1B extension. You may work using EAD, and if you need to travel you need advance parole.
Note: I am not an attorney, you may use the above at your own risk.
 
Why do you need H1 after filing EAD.

It is a serious question. Do you still foresee any reason that your 485 can be denied? If so, you have to extend. Otherwise, I dont think you need to. Just check when your 180 days complete from the date of receipt. This is the extreme situation where you either want to change employer. Good luck.
 
What should be date of i-94 on AR11

What date should I put on AR11 where it says port of entry ...
If not permanent resident May stay in US expires on...

What date should go there?
