Hi ,I am filling out the applications for adjustment of status and I have a question. I want to know if in biographic info annulled marriage has to be mantioned as previous spouse??? When approved for annulment it says that the marriage never existed, but want to make sure I am doing the right thing??? Does anybody know???

Nikol,
You need to mention about the previous marriage even if it ended annulled.There is no place for annulled marriages in the form, but you can hand write somewhere in the bio form and write on a separate sheet of paper that youe first marriage has been annulled.I have asked this question at the register of deeds and i have been told to mention it because it's still considered a marriage. did you mention it in the marriage certificate also?
