What is the reason for your "rombanization" or filing of a I-601? Are you filing this by yourself or with the assistance of a lawyer? If this for a criminal convictions, I highly recommend engaging the services of a lawyer with proven track record in winning I-601 filing, not any immigration lawyer.
no this is over staying 10 years bar just got our i-130 approved but they give me 30 days to file i-601 no criminal history clean background married to us citizen with 1 child went back home 2007 for 2 weeks came back paroled to resume my fisrt i-485 with previous wife but and up in divorce got married again start everything over and just got i-130 approved of course i went tought immigration court because my fist marriage now they giving 30 days to file i-601 and i did my question was can they give me a receit # because my local office want a proof of payment and supporting evidence to sent back to them sorry my inglish not very good thank you
