i came here as a visitor . after 5 months i applied my i140 & i485 based on labour certification.my i140 denied and due to my lawyer mistake we didn't apply mtr within 30 days. reason for denial is missing original labour certification. we used a copy.after 4 months we got the original from department of labour and filed my mtr. in the mean time i got the removal notice. i appear in front of the judge and he asked for the my status . i told the judge that my mtr is pending. judge gave me the next hearing. before next hearinf my mtr accepted and my 140 approved. judge sceduled the individual hearing. but 10 days before my individual hearing judge changed and new judge postpone my individual hearing to master hearing. my master hearing is about to come.the new judge is very strict . i m little afraid my attorney told me tha we will take the case out of court n will go through examiner officer. let me know what to do
