Hello everyone,

Pl let me know when exactly do you need to use the Advance Parole. Meaning, if I have an AP do I use it while departing or upon arriving into the united states. I have a situation where in I might have to leave in a months time and I do not have an AP, what happens if I apply for my AP and it gets approved while I am out country, can somebody mail me the AP. Pl clarify. Thanks

If you\'ve a valid H1B, you won\'t need AP

AP should be used only if you\'re working on EAD

Yes I do have a valid H-1 until Next year. I suppose we (Me & my wife) could go to India for a month and come back without any problems, irrespective of the AOS process. Pl let me know - Thanks
