Hi,
I completed 4yrs, 10 months yesterday, questions:
1) Should I wait more to file or is this right time to file?

2) I am in CA, if I file now, is it okay to plan India trip in Dec? or Dec could be time for interview/oath?

If you meet the requirements specified in the N-400 instruction for permanent residency you can apply now.

The interview and Oath...nobody can predict when exactly are going to be, it's possible to be in December...

Thanks, can interview/oath date be changed due to travel, is that easy to change?
