i just called KCC by phone today (4 july)

auto answer told me that its holyday today ....


i donnu know what is this

when should i call them again????????????????????????
i want to ask them about my case if they got my letter (forms+photos)or not & there r no erros concerning my case ,,just waiting to be current

i have only 2 minutes ,,,,,,what should i tell them ,,what will they ask me about ????
2 minutes will be sufficient for this ???

July 4th is a national holiday for US.You call tomorrow KCC will be open.

i called them b4 ,i want also to check if they received my package or not?
i asked the lady there and she told me that they need one month to update the system with my package status ... so you have to call them back after one month from now
