Hello, I am new here. But I need some help to put my mind at ease, hopefully.
I am married to USC. And filed I-751. I got a second DWI (DUI- gross misdeminor in my state), I do not know where my brain was. But herre I am.
Do I need a lawer soon? Is it going to be a big problem? How big? I did not get in any acsident or harm anyone. My other DWI was more then 6 years ago. Please help, I am going crazy. I will apreciate any help. Thank you!
