Today I got an email from uscis that last written notice regarding my NEW i-485 was returned to uscis by post office as undiliverable, please call to update ur addresss so that it can be resent.
I have not changed my address, look like mail man mess up, I called 1-800 , i was told they would mail this again in 30 days but I am very concerened , I do,t know what would happen.
I would appreciate any help that u guys could provide.

I dont understand.

Going by your timeline, you already had your application pending with USCIS and you applied for another one in NOV? whats with the old I-485 and the new one?
 
old one is the ist case which was denied in oct 2005, i filed motion to reopen as well as i filed a new case so that i would be able to get my EAD quickly.
My MTR was approved on old case and they reopened my old i-485 which was filed in august 2002.
After reopening the california service ctr transfered the case to MSC where I filed the new case.The online message says MSC has the authority to make decision on this case.
 
I think they are totally confuse about your old and new case. Check with a lawyer to see how you can straight that up.

yesterday i got a letter from uscis that my I-130 is approved and lud change on both i-485,
what does it mean, shoule i write to them to combine both i-485 together
 
got interview letter for new case

Last wk i got two letter from MSC, ist was posted on march 10 which says the scheduled interview on 06-15-06 is cancelled, the 2nd one was mailed on march 14, 2006 which states u have been scheduled for interview in garden city,ny on 06-08-2006.
