I need urgent help on this , I have 4 months left on my H1 and my client is giving me a Approved Labor, I have about 9 years experience, but the PD of the approved labor is Nov 2000 (EB2), Which requires MS + 3 years or BS + 5 years, Hope i am right. As i have BS degree, Do they need 5 years experience till Nov 2000 or at the time my client files I-140 ?
