I am in real dilema the reason is I have got my I-140 approved in Feb 2005
and 485 is pending for about more than one year now.Recently I noticed that there are many i-140 denials from my sponsored companny becaus of companny financials and I am kind of worried since my 140 approved from same companny do they revoke my 140 in future i heard that INS Can revoke 140 anytime eventhough it is approved .If i change the companny using AC-21 DOES this will help or i just have to stick with the same companny.Pl advice me what is the good option? If I invoke the AC-21 does it slow down my 485 approval .what would be the priority date will it change?
