I recently got denied for reinstatement to legal f-1 status due to the fact that I worked off-campus illegaly. The INS has given me 15 days to leave the U.S. I am still student at howard university and I have already registered for classes for the fall 2005 semester. Will I be eligible to apply for a new visa in my home country? If I am, what are the chances that I will be given since my violation was unauthorized employment? Please I need responses ASAP because I have to leave the US in 15 days.
