Hi All,

I have finished my FP (paper) on 4th of this month and I dont see any LUD on my 485 yet, Is this common?

And also I am waiting for my 140 since we sent the RFE response on 1st March. I spoke to my legal department and they are not interested to call USCIS, they applied my 140 with sub labor, I am completely tensed.

This is common. Still people are waiting for long period. Now everthing luck. FBI send with in a month.

When did you applied 485.

You will get I140 Ap with in 90 days from 03/01/05. If you are not recive 140 with in 90 days. Ask ur lawyer to do something.
 
My FP done 04/21-LUD change on I-485 04/21, 04/22
My RFE on I-140 received on 02/17
Reply received by USCIS on 05/04, LUD change on I-140 on 05/04,05/05,05/06 Waiting after that without any LUD.
Hope this helps on forming your decision as to how to proceed. No certainty with anything with USCIS. If anybody has a solution that works(other than waiting patiently) I would love to hear from you.

Do I need to call FBI for my FP and name check results?? If so can some one share the number with me. I am in Florada.
 
Got 485 approval email..........

I got an email saying but I am worried about my 140 because my 140 is not approved yet, and also my legal department did not recieved my approval yet. Still it is saying my RFE received on 1st of March.

Note: I do not have lawyer for 140, my legal department applied.
