My close friend's husband asked me some question EAD question, he thought I know this type of questions. But I do not know what to tell him. Need guru's help in this.
7 years ago, he applied EAD and got the receipt number, and he did not receive the actualcard due to lost mail or something. but he worked in somewhere and he recalled he got some payroll checks around that time.
The Case status on line for that EAD reads "the card was returned and distroyed due to undeliverable........"
Questions:
1. Any negative impact on his case?
2. What can he do at this point?
3. Does he need to contact the lawyer? Were this make it worse?
4. How does USICS check the unauthorzied work history? (although he did not intend to).
Any suggestions will be helpful. I will strongly suggest the forum to him so he could seek help himself.
