I have a pending I/140 & 485. I applied when I was single. Now I am married and my wife is with me on H4 Visa. Can I ask your help and guidness on how to add my wife's name to my green card process ? Or, you guys think it's a complicated process and needs a lawyer to handel it. Thank you very much

If you have a marriage certificate, just go ahead and file her 485 with her being the derivative applicant to your 485. You will have to attach a copy of your 140 receipt, 485 receipt and other documents that are required for any 485 filing - look up on www.immihelp.com for a list of documents required for 485 filing. It should be easy - why spend money on a lawyer. Find out more and do it yourself.
