Guys,

I created my portfolio on USCIS website longtime ago. I haven't logged in since a few Months. When i try to login now it says,

Your password has been locked since you had too many unsuccesful attempts to login.

I dont' remember my password and also the e-mail account i gave when i created this account.

Can i call the Service center helpline to request a password?.

Can i have another portfolio created for the same case numbers?.

I really appreciate your replies.

Just create a new account with new user id/ password. Thats what I did.
