My I-140 got approved in november-2002.ND-may 20, 2002.Then my lawer filed my I-485 in Dec-2002.My priorty
date is April-25, 2001.
My first Q, I am eligeble for this new memo r not.
If yes can i fax my own enquiry, or my
lawer has to fax this one.Since he filed G-28 on his name representing me.
Do i have to fax an G-28 form along with this enquiry.
