Need help

I want your suggestions on my situation
I filed my 485 through A in feb 2002 for feature emp
Than work for com B (on h1) for 2.5 years
got laid off
Got project for 3 months through com A (on ead)
Now I m getting a small project for may be 4-5 weeks and rate is so low

Can I take it on w2(on my ead) ?
and than next project I will again take through Com A
Is that being a problem?
Do I need to take this small project through A?

Please help me out
