Need Help with pending 140 and 485

I had applied 140/485 in Dec 2004 I just went to Infopass they told me my nc/sc was cleared in Jan 07 and files is under further review. My i140 is pending too ... Since it is Sub Labor I can not upgrade it now ...(My bad luck) How should I go about it now. My i140 need to approved before they get to i485 and i140 was on hold due NC which is now cleared ... I am in mess please please suggest me how can I intiate my 140 ???
 
Can I raise Service Request or my employer has to do it ? What # and sequesce I should call to get to someone @ NSC.

This is what I had from an earlier post in the forum.
1 800 375 5283 then 1-2-2-6-1 enter the 485 receipt no. then 1-3-4
You should use your 140 receipt number.

140 is your employer's petition - you are just the beneficiary.
You cannot get any information about the 140 -- your employer/emp's attorney can get that information.

You can get info only on your 485 (which is your application)
