need help with my rfe

I got my rfe letter yesterday and apparently had overlooked the request for 1099s on the affidavit of support (that was ny husband's job!!!) so I will just blame him :) We did submit the last year's tax return but did not include 1099s for 1 reason-my husband is self-employed and rarely gets 1099s. He has a couple of them, can anyone suggest what we can submit in place of those? we are going to have his accountant right a letter and are thinking about submitting a copy of his account receivables for that tax year. I will also check with my lawyer. any ideas appreciated
 
I think the best way to handle that is to request IRS Tax Return transcripts for past 3 years. It can be requested over the phone and will normally take less than 10 days.
