Need Help with my I-485

My I-140 has been approved Oct. 2002 and filed for I-485 August 2002 from my sponsor company. I worked for them for a year and a half until last March 2004 whenthey breached their contract, so I left and moved to a new company. May 2004 Received a note from INS requesting for additional evidence, they claimed they mailed it but never reached me. June and July I called INS still they claimed they will mail it. August 2004 I received a notice of denial of my I-485 due to failure to provide additional evidence. What must I do? HELP!

get yourself a good lawyer to fight the case. Check with INS where they sent the RFE. It may have been to your previous company and they did not inform you, If you have any evidence that you left because they breached the contract pass those on to the lawyer. Emails, the actual contract etc.

I am guessing that you used AC-21 to move over to the new company. I think you should do this asap.
