Need help with I-864!!!

Dear forum members!
I'm ready to submit my paperwork to Adjust my status but have troubles with I-864. My spouse(wife) USC doesn't make enough to sponsor me, so we found people who do earn enough and willing to help. They file taxes jointly and the question arise: do we have to submit I-864 for each sponsor, although, each of them separately make enough to be a sponsor. Or just take one of them as a sponsor with all supporting docs.
And, if I have sponsor, does my wife also need to submit I-864 with tax returns and W-2 etc.?
Please, give complete list of paperwork(documents and forms for each sponsor as well as spouse) needed in this case.

I do not think both need to sponsor. You need the joint returns and W-2s to prove it though. In any event you can have no more than two joint sponsors.
